A few weeks ago I was invited by TEDxOslo Youth to do a talk at their event here in Oslo. My talk is about why I think technology is so beautiful, and that a phenomenon called hyperadoption may save the world.

We live in a world and at a time with enormous opportunities. Never before have we had the knowledge and technology that we have now, but we are also faced with bigger challenges than ever before. The challenge for most of is that things are moving so fast. So fast that it is impossible to understand the speed. But one hope is in our ability to now see past the technology and focus more on what we want it to do for us. And even more importantly, we the seniors, the bosses the experienced ones must help the younger generation of brilliant minds to succeed and dear to try!!
